Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy – Fast and Fresh Foods, Inc.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped to claim a refund. Once the product has been shipped, no cancellation or refund is allowed.

  • To cancel an order, send an email to sales@fastandfreshfoodus.com with the subject: “Cancellation Request”.

  • The email must include the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests will only be processed once a formal email is received. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Bank transaction charges (if any) due to cancellation will be borne by the customer.


Refund Policy

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  1. Cancelled Orders – Full refund if the order is cancelled before shipment.

  2. Undelivered Orders – If the order is not delivered to the recipient (excluding cases of unfounded or incorrect recipient details).

  3. Product Quality Issues – If a customer reports a valid complaint about product quality, Fast and Fresh Foods will investigate. Verified complaints will result in a full refund or replacement of the product.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are only processed for service failures. Management’s decision regarding refund eligibility is final.

  • Refund amounts will never exceed the amount paid by the customer. We are not liable for any additional losses.

  • Discounted or exempted amounts are non-refundable.

  • Extra credits in your Fast and Fresh Foods account can be used for future orders but are not refundable.

  • Fast and Fresh Foods reserves the right to amend the Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or website announcements.


Return Policy

Fast and Fresh Foods accepts returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns are only considered for damaged products or poor-quality items resulting from company error.

  • Customers must notify us for return processing, and returns must reach us within 10 days of purchase.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns will be carefully reviewed, and Fast and Fresh Foods will take appropriate action for verified cases of damage or quality issues.
