Shipment of Products
Product Shipments means as to any Performance Period, the quantitative and measurable number of units of a particular product that shipped during such Performance Period.
Delivery Charges
A delivery charge is the cost of transporting or delivering goods. Again, buyers need to check if delivery charges are included in the price.
Product Returns policy
A returns policy states the conditions under which a customer can return a product for cash, an exchange or a store credit and how he should package and ship the merchandise to the manufacturer or seller.
Supply Method
A supply arrangement (SA) is a non-binding arrangement between Canada and a pre-qualified supplier that allows departments and agencies to award contracts and solicit bids from a pool of pre-qualified suppliers for specific requirements within the scope of the SA.
